Welcome to TruAlert, a personal security service app provided by Citizens Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” or
“our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TruAlert, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as
well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

TruAlert is a mobile application designed to provide personal security services to subscribers. The
specific features and functionalities of the App may change from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TruAlert. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1. To use TruAlert, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information during the registration process.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to
accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to use TruAlert only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. You agree not to misuse the App or its features in any way that could interfere with other users’ use of
the App.
5.3. You understand that TruAlert is not a substitute for contacting emergency services. In case of an
emergency, you should always contact local emergency services directly.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1. Some features of TruAlert may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees
associated with your subscription plan.
6.2. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period.

7. Privacy

Your use of TruAlert is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1. TruAlert is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.
8.2. Citizens Tech LLC does not guarantee that TruAlert will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that
the App will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citizens Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the
new Terms on the App. Your continued use of TruAlert after any such changes constitutes your
acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
